Queen’s timeless classic Bohemian Rhapsody is still lauded today for it’s melodic complexity, it’s breathtaking structure, and of course the fact that it contains six minutes of some of the most memorable lyrics of all time.
The song has been subject to cover after cover over the years. Most recently Kanye West absolutely butchered the track at Glasto in 2015, and we saw a super bizarre attempt by Greens leader Richard Di Natale to use the song to get votes in this year’s federal election.
Now, the team at Corridor Digital has taken those iconic lyrics and created a short film called Literal Bohemian Rhapsody where the characters literally only interact using the chronological lyrics from the song.
Watch as the troubled main character shoots a man and finds himself in a shoot-out with police as he tries to escape the law.
It’s simply one of those things you need to see to believe.
