The Devil Wears Prada have just announced that their planned 2017 Australian tour will no longer go ahead.
The American metalcore outfit were set to head down under in April 2017 for a string of headline shows across capital cities, bringing their latest album Transit Blues to Aussie audiences for the first time.
In a statement on their Facebook page The Devil Wears Prada made the announcement that all dates on the tour have been cancelled and apologised to their fans. “These situations are never easy, and we apologize to all of our friends in Australia that may be disappointed at this time,” said the band.
The band didn’t explain any further as to why the tour was no longer going ahead, only that they’re planning to reschedule the tour soon. “As always, we greatly appreciate your understanding, and we look forward to returning to Australia as soon as possible.”
Neither the band nor Select Touring have indicated how refunds will be issued at this stage.
