He’s been heralded as one of the greatest keyboardists of all time, and now Dream Theater‘s Jordan Rudess has announced his very own solo Australian tour.
Rudess will be playing his special solo piano show, titled ‘FROM BACH TO ROCK: A MUSICIAN’S JOURNEY’, in venues across the country this November, including a performance at the Sydney Opera House.
The performance is basically a musical autobiography of Rudess, and will feature covers of David Bowie, King Crimson and many, many more. Oh, and there’ll obviously be some Dream Theater thrown in there for good measure.
The tour marks the first time Rudess has played shows in Australia since last year, when he toured alongside the band. This time round, he’ll be playing shows in Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Melbourne and Canberra.
