The lead up to Slipknot‘s forthcoming album We Are Not Your Kind continues to be the ultimate tease.
The band have now uploaded a 17-second snippet clip, complete with audio, to their social pages.
It was captioned with the lyrics that can be heard in the clip; “Today, up on this hill, I’m counting all the killers…”
The video contains the words “Slipknot Monday” so make of that what you will.
We Are Not Your Kind is set to be released in full on August 9.

Frontman Corey Taylor recently said that the new record is “the darkest that I’ve gone in a long time”.
Slipknot will debut their new live show while they tour with Metallica later this year.
