Harry Styles Has Given Us The Cover Of Lizzo’s ‘Juice’ We Had No Idea We Needed

Harry Styles has had a bloody massive 2019 and if you thought it was all culminating to the release of his second solo album last week, you’re wrong… It’s this. Harry’s debut album is a solid release, but this belter of a rendition of Lizzo’s ‘Juice’ is soooo good.

He’s definitely evolved since his beginning with One Direction. Bigger and bolder songs, more risque media appearances on Saturday Night Live and The Late Late Show with James Corden.

Now, Harry Styles has performed a cover of 2019’s biggest breakthrough artist Lizzo, unveiling a rendition of ‘Juice’ from Lizzo’s record CUZ I LOVE YOU.

Styles performed the joyous cover on BBC Radio 1’s Live Lounge, not straying too much from the structure of original but imbued with a particular brand of Harry Styles playfulness. He also performed Paul McCartney’s ‘Wonderful Christmastime’ along with his own ‘Adore You’ and ‘Lights Up’ as part of the set.

BBC tweeted a GIF of Harry Styles following the performance where he says, “She’s exactly what you want an artist to be I think… Which is exactly yourself.”

Lizzo quote retweeted the GIF with, “*melts*”.

Harry Styles’ debut solo album Fine Line was released last Friday.

Anyway, here’s his cover of Lizzo’s ‘Juice’. Merry Christmas.
