Bluesfest Have Just Dropped This Year’s Playing Schedule

We’re just over a month out from this year’s humongous Bluesfest lineup taking over the lush fields of Byron Bay’s Tyagarah Tea Farm, and with that comes the all-important set times.

Daily playing schedules have been revealed, so if you’re lucky enough to have snagged a ticket, you can head here and start making those all-important decisions.

This year’s festival runs across Easter Weekend, April 9-13th, with a bloody ‘yuuuuuge lineup that includes the likes of international headliners like Alanis Morissette, Patti Smith and Dave Matthews Band, Crowded House’s only Aussie performance announced for this year, along with local faves like John Butler, Xavier Rudd, Emily Wurramara and Troy Cassar-Daley, just to name a few.

Also announced today is the Australian Americana Music Honours, Saturday on the Crossroads Stage, featuring the likes of Kasey Chambers, Ash Grunwald, The Waifs and special guests, all hosted by the one and only Henry Wagons.

“The feedback is we have delivered one of our best artists bills,” commented Festival Director Peter Noble OAM.

“It will be a 12-hour daily marathon from noon until midnight over five stages of both headliners and the best emerging artists. I’m delighted to see so many female headliners in the top half of the bill.”

“I’m really proud of this lineup we’ve gathered some of the best names from all over the world, from all over Australia and given our true blues fans something to sing about. This is a very fulfilling line up and I am thrilled. Let the countdown begin.”
