Sydney based trio Gauci have been steadily building up hype, and now they’ve finally announced details around their debut, self-titled EP.
To coincide with the EP’s announcement, the band have also unveiled their thumping and infectious new single, ‘Heartbeat’. Antonia Gauci’s fairy-like vocals bounce seamlessly alongside the hyper-pop melody, culminating in a heart-racing and joyful masterclass in synths.
“‘Heartbeat’ is about those intimate moments of exchanged whispers before confessing your unconditional love,” the band said of the song in a press statement.
“It’s the feeling of being in a packed room unable to pay attention to anyone except the person you want to leave with.”
The EP, set for release on Friday, 16th October, will feature five tracks, including ‘Heartbeat’ and previously released single ‘To Save A Moment’.
