Grapevine Gathering Announce New January 2022 Festival Dates

Grapevine Gathering organisers have revealed new dates for the festival after announcing last week they would be postponing their scheduled October events due to ongoing lockdowns, border closures and uncertainty around COVID-19.

The wine and music extravaganza will now take place in January and will continue to run across three consecutive weekends in WA, NSW and Victoria. Grapevine Gathering will now kick-off at Sandalford Estate in Swan Valley on Saturday, 8th January. It will follow the next weekend (Saturday, 15th January) at Roche Estate in the Hunter Valley, before wrapping up on Saturday, 22nd January at Rochford Wines in the Yarra Valley.

“We know everything feels pretty doom and gloom at the moment but we’re feeling positive Australia is going to be in a much better position by January and these new summer dates can give us all something to look forward to,” organisers commented in a statement today.

The lineup will remain exactly the same, with the likes of Peking Duk, The Jungle Giants, Vera Blue, The Veronicas, San Cisco and more all booked for the bill, along with The Inspired Unemployed on hosting and DJ duties between sets. In picturesque surrounds, partygoers will get to experience live music in lush vineyards, along with enjoying some top-class vino and gourmet food trucks.
