Melbourne-based indie rock dudes Blackchords have been busy indeed. The band have announced today that they have penned a deal with ABC Music and will be releasing a new album shortly.
It was impossible to escape the band’s hit single Dance, Dance, Dance, but it’s just one of the tunes released by the band following their work on a rural property with the renowned David Odlum producing. Having toured in support of the single, the band now prepare to release The Thin Line in its entirety.
Fans can expect to hear the next official single come January 18th. Titled Oh No, the release will be followed closely by single launches in both Sydney and Melbourne. Following that, it’s off to the US, where they will be representing our Aussie flavour at SXSW.
