PREMIERE: Caravãna Sun Bring Back Summer With Blissful Single ‘Beauty & The Pain’

Just as winter starts to tighten its cold, cruel grasp, Caravãna Sun have come to save the day with their decidedly summery new jam ‘Beauty & The Pain’. The band have also announced they’ll be giving the single the attention it deserves with a run of headline shows in support of the release.

Though summery in its predisposition, ‘Beauty & The Pain’ focuses on both the hot and cold parts of life, as its title would suggest. Band member Ant Beard expands on this, adding that the track is about “knowing that in the shit times, there’s always a splitting ray of beauty, like the fierce glow of your angry lover. It’s the cheeky smile you can’t help but let out, it’s the knowing that where there’s pain, there’s beauty.”

Beauty & The Pain is equal parts cheeky, and confident, with Caravãna Sun strutting right through the jam, no doubt with their collars popped up. To achieve such sonic bliss, the band were joined in the studio by producer Steven Schram (The Cat Empire, San Cisco, Paul Kelly) who no doubt had a role to play in bringing through such a tight, hook-driven atmosphere on ‘Beauty & The Pain’.

The band will be putting the show in the road this month, before kicking it to Europe and UK.
