Emerging Aussie folk artist Clint Wilson has just graced us with a new folk hymn in 7-inch vinyl.
Dubbed ‘Nothin’ To Lose’, the melancholy, violin-laced tune will have fans of Paul Kelly and The Church frothing.
“‘Nothin’ To Lose’ is a song I wrote about finding happiness when being isolated from all the bullshit,” Wilson explains. “I thought of the line ‘he’s grateful for the nothing that he’s got’ while driving one day on a long and empty road and thought of how content I was just in the nothing. The rest of the song just came around that.”
