After a messy dispute with their previous record label Victory Records, A Day To Remember have let loose that they will begin work very shortly on their new album, to be called Common Courtesy.
The news comes after fans took to Twitter following recent live performances, stating that the band has announced the album name, and a commencement date in the not-too-distant future.

This followed another fan tweet let loose the day after an ADTR performance in the US.

No news yet as to who will be releasing the album, as Victory Records, the company who had championed the band since their inception, was taken to court by the group, who had filed a lawsuit stating that Victory had mishandled their royalties and had withheld more than $100,000 as a penalty for a merchandise-related dispute. Victory has refuted ADTR’s claims, stating a number of technical issues and has also asserted their own claim against the band, stating that they manufactured their own merch and sold it online without the label’s knowledge.
Earlier this year the band was in town for Soundwave 2012, and after a 5-album career, have become a massive touring force internationally and are absolute crowd favourites in Australia.
