The 2017 edition of Wollongong festival Yours & Owls will take place this weekend, but on the eve of the festival one of its local acts has pulled out.
Organisers have announced that Major Leagues have had to cancel their appearance the festival, but they’ve already revealed that a replacement has been made, with Brisbane band WAAX stepping up to take the free slot.
They’ll play on Saturday on the Out of Space Stage, ahead of Slum Sociable, Wavves, Cosmo’s Mmidnight, Bad//Dreems, Crooked Colours and Northlane. The band also have a trio of just-announced headline shows lined up in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.
