Melbourne’s rock sensation Banks Arcade is gearing up for an Australian tour this May, titled the “Death 2 A Muse Tour.” named after their recent release EP DEATH 2. Their newest EP, DEATH 2, delves into darker and heavier themes, which will be an intense musical experience for tour attendees.
The tour will begin at Adelaide’s Lion Arts Factory on Thursday, 23rd May, followed by Melbourne’s Max Watts on Friday, 24th May, and will conclude at Brisbane’s The Zoo on Sunday, 26th May.
Banks Arcade – ‘Changes’
Bank Arcade explained the tour and the album in a press release stating. “Death 2 is an exploration of death and disorder and the live show we have built will for the first time accurately incite the chaos the music was written to create. It’s the first installation of a much larger project and the Death 2 A Muse Tour will be the first proper window into the world we are creating”
In 2022, they gained prominence with their full-length album “Future Lovers,” which explored themes of self-discovery and growth. Their music also earned them spots at big events like UNIFY Off The Record in 2023 and tours alongside acclaimed acts such as Northlane and ERRA.
Following the release of “DEATH 2,” Banks Arcade is set to retake the stage. The Death 2 A Muse Tour promises an electrifying experience for fans of heavy metal and hard-hitting music, offering a chance to witness the band’s evolution.
