Australian singer-songwriter Missy Higgins has added three “encore” shows to her highly anticipated ‘The Second Act’ Australian tour due to overwhelming demand. The tour marks the 20th anniversary of her debut album, ‘The Sound Of White,’ where she will perform it in full for the first time.
Missy Higgins’ newly announced tour dates are set for Melbourne’s Palais Theatre on Saturday, June 22, Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre on Friday, July 5, and ICC Sydney on Saturday, July 6.

Frontier Touring, the tour promoters, have revealed that Missy Higgins has already sold out an impressive 32 shows on her upcoming theatre run from March to July.
Alongside today’s tour announcement, Missy Higgins has also released her emotional and powerful new single, “You Should Run.” Reflecting on the ballad, Higgins shared, “After going through a divorce a couple of years ago, I felt like the entire story I had written for myself had burnt to the ground… It’s an intensely personal song, so I wanted the recording process to mirror that.”
Now, she is all set to perform nationwide, tickets for the tour are sold out for the previous dates. However, fans can buy tickets for the newly added shows via Frontier Touring.
