With the promise of a brand new album due for release later this year, Australia’s much-loved troubadour, Ben Lee, is coming home, announcing two special shows for Sydney and Melbourne audiences, sure to be packed full of both beloved favourite tunes and brand new material.
The four-time ARIA Award winner has become a mainstay in the industry at the age of just 35. Thanks to penning pop gems such as Catch My Disease and Cigarettes Will Kill You, Ben Lee has amassed an impressive, ever-evolving body of work with nine albums already to his name.
Following on from the impressionistic psychedelia of 2013’s Ayahuasca: Welcome To The Work, Ben’s brand new album, Love Is The Great Rebellion, sees him return to his pop prowess. On his tour dates, he’ll be joined by Dave Rogers on guitar and Sophie Koh on keys. The Voice‘s Danny Ross will be supporting.
Pre-sale tickets to Ben Lee’s Sydney and Melbourne dates go on sale Tuesday 3rd June at 3pm to Wednesday 4th June at 3pm. General public tickets are on sale from 10am local time, Friday 6th June.
