Illusive have announced that iconic Australian hip-hop group, Bliss N Eso will release their highly anticipated fourth studio album, Running On Air, in late July. The trio have spent the better part of the past six months in an undisclosed location in the Victorian bush, writing and recording the follow-up to their Gold selling, ARIA Award winning LP, Flying Colours.
Over the Australian summer months, the boys got back in touch with the hustle and bustle of a sold-out 20+ date American tour – the latest in a long list of firsts for an Australian hip-hop act.
The first single from the much anticipated new album, ‘Down by the River’, will be serviced to radio at 9am on Monday 17th May and available on iTunes from June 5th. The track’s title “alludes to the immense influence that the beautiful Victorian wilderness has had on the band and is an early taste of what is to come on their upcoming fourth album. The hordes of zealous Bliss N Eso fans will be relieved to know that wait is almost over.”
