A body was found in the Ohio river during the Insane Clown Posse’s annual Gathering Of The Juggalos over the weekend. Now Kentucky State Police identified the man as Jesse Waters who was aged 24.
Although the Body was not found at the actual festival, coroner Stephen Shouse said Waters was wearing an arm band that indicated he had attended the festival. The cause of death has not been determined.
The festival featured performances from Charlie Sheen, Twiztid, Lil Jon, Ice Cube, Busta Rhymes and more.
The Kentucky State Police are reportedly also investigating another report of a person who went missing earlier during the festival.
