Boston Manor Confirmed For Australia’s New ‘Good Things Festival’

UPDATE: The Offspring & Stone Sour Lead 2018 Good Things Festival Lineup

ORIGINAL STORY: After some guerrilla marketing to work up a decent amount of hype, Australia’s mysterious new Good Things Festival has announced the first act that’ll be playing its debut events in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane this December.

The first act confirmed is British pop-punk outfit Boston Manor, who are on the cusp of releasing their second album Welcome To The Neighbourhood.

Good Things Festival has been keeping very tight-lipped about details until now, with only posters seen around Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne giving us any sort of clue of what we’re in for. But now Boston Manor has been confirmed, we have a better idea of what type of festival this is going to be.

An alleged lineup poster for the festival has been doing the rounds online — sporting a monster lineup with A Day To Remember, Falling In Reverse and I Prevail headlining — but Music Feeds has received confirmation from Good Things’ organisers that it is indeed a fake. You can check that one out below, alongside Boston Manor’s announcement video.

Dates and venues for Good Things Festival are yet to be announced.
