Three Major Good Things 2026 Acts Ruled Out For Sideshows

If you were holding out hope for a Limp Bizkit, Spiritbox or Simple Plan sideshow around Good Things Festival this December, this news may make you want to break stuff.

All three of the festival’s top-billed international acts have officially been locked in as Good Things exclusives, meaning there’ll be no separate headline shows from any of them in Australia or New Zealand around the fest.

And apparently, it’s a first for Good Things.

“For the first time in Good Things Festival history, we have secured EXCLUSIVE rights to the top three bands on the bill,” organisers announced.

“NO SIDESHOWS IN AUSTRALIA OR NEW ZEALAND.”

That means the only way to catch Limp Bizkit, Simple Plan or Spiritbox down under this December will be at Good Things itself, which will once again hit Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane.

And they may not be the only acts disappearing from the potential sideshow pool.

Good Things has teased that further festival-exclusive announcements are still to come, though at this stage the new announcement only specifically rules out sideshows from Limp Bizkit, Simple Plan and Spiritbox.

The three acts sit atop a stacked 2026 lineup also featuring Polaris, The All-American Rejects, Bad Religion, Alexisonfire, Grinspoon, Millencolin and Ministry.

There’ll be a few special sets in the mix as well, with Alexisonfire performing their landmark album Crisis in full and Millencolin giving Pennybridge Pioneers the full-album treatment.

Meanwhile, Ministry’s Good Things appearances have been billed as the industrial metal legends’ Australian farewell.

So if Limp Bizkit, Simple Plan or Spiritbox were sitting atop your personal Good Things sideshow wishlist, consider this your official notice to stop manifesting.
