Brisbane’s New (And Free) Bloom Music Festival Announces Debut Lineup

Brisbane is getting a new music festival celebrating young talent, and it’s completely free.

Bloom Festival will take over Brisbane between Friday, 6th April and Sunday, 15th April, with a bunch of gigs from rising Aussie artists.

It’s all organised and run by Fortitude Valley’s Music Industry College as part of Youth Week, and it aims to spotlight the best young talent going around.

On the lineup so far is indie-pop artist Asha Jefferies, local punk rockers VOIID, fuzzy rock band Concrete Surfers and more.

They’re all set to play at a number of venues spread across the city and you can check out the full program and lineup below.

UPDATE 23/03/18: WAAX and Bugs have now joined the Bloom Festival lineup as headliners. Full lineup below.
