Musicians are so often associated with big name brands that not many partnerships shock us anymore, but Chance The Rapper teaming up with Kit Kat has definitely come way out of left field.
Chance, who’ll be in Australia soon for Field Day, Origin NYE and Beyond The Valley – was unveiled as the new Kit Kat ambassador in a tweet from Kit Kat that also revealed that he’s writing the new Kit Kat Jingle.

There’s just so many unanswered questions. How did this happen, what kind of song is he going to write, and why the hell is he dressed like a bear.
We’re a tad confused to say the least.
Weirdly enough, this isn’t even the first time that a big name musician has teamed up with a confectionery company this year – with Aloe Blacc and Zedd teaming up to cover the Sammy David Jr. classic Candyman for M&M’s 75th anniversary.
Earlier today Chance brought out a massive squad including a gospel choir to perform Blessings on Jimmy Fallon.
