Empire Of The Sun Deliver Third Puzzle Piece To Their New Album

Empire Of The Sun have dropped the latest clue in the elaborate campaign to promote their upcoming album, Ice On The Dune, by publishing a new set of hieroglyphics for fans to decode at Spanish-language site Sopitas.

The electronic duo have now released 3 sets of clues over 3 different media outlets in 3 countries – how’s that for wide-reaching? In case you missed the first 2 installments in this mega-slow tease, the band firstly released the trailer for Discovery, in which archaeologists find ancient cave paintings that foretell the return of Empire Of The Sun. They then dropped the first set of hieroglyphics and part 2, The Hawk’s Everlasting Loop.

Luke Steele and Nick Littlemore‘s latest puzzle piece can be decoded via Empire Of The Sun‘s official site. EOTS will be premiering the entirety of Ice On The Dune at Vivid LIVE in Sydney this May, ahead of the expected release date of June 2013.
