American cult comedian Eric Andre has announced that Rapper Ninja Warrior is set to be made into a standalone video series.
As Pitchfork reports, the show will be based on the segment of the same name from his hugely popular Adult Swim series The Eric Andre Show.
Andre will host the show, which he created and produced with Kitao Sakuri, and it will be exclusively available on mobile video platform Quibi.
Unfortunately it won’t be out until April 2020, so fans counting down the days until he touches down in Australia next month will have to get by with old clips until then.

Eric Andre’s alter ego Blarf also released a nine-track EP earlier this year.
