Eso And 360 Unveil New Collab, ‘Purple Haze’

Two of the biggest names in Aussie hip-hop, Eso of Bliss N Eso and 360, have unveiled their new collaboration, complete with a psychedelic and somewhat perturbing (depending on how afraid you are of clowns) video. And what else could you title a collab between these two, but Purple Haze?

The track, which heavily samples the Groove Armada cut of the same name from the UK duo’s 2002 album Lovebox, was uploaded to YouTube yesterday accompanied by a free download link, with little explanation from its two creators, who only recently shared the new track on social media.

Purple Haze did not appear on Bliss N Eso’s most recent album, Circus in the Sky, and at the moment there’s no indication that it will appear on 360’s long-awaited third album, Utopia. The rapper posted an enciphered (aka blurry) shot of the album’s tracklist back in September.
