UPDATE: The second lineup announcement for Fat As Butter 2013 is here!
Fat As Butter 2013 have released their first lineup, and this year Newcastle’s Foreshore is set to be graced with what they’ve called “easily the best line up FAB has ever seen”, including the likes of Gym Class Heroes, Matt Corby, Bliss N Eso, Boy And Bear, Porter Robinson and Mickey Avalon.
This is the first year that the festival will be offering camping, though if you like the look of this morning’s lineup you won’t have long to sort yourself out for camping tickets – the ballot closes tomorrow morning Wednesday, 24th July at 9am, meaning you’ve got just under 24 hours to sort yourselves out. Tickets will then go on sale this Thursday, 25th July.
A camping ticket allows you to arrive and set up by 9pm on Friday, 25th October, all day camping on the day of the festival, Saturday, 26th October, and departure on Sunday, 27th October by 3pm.
Fat As Butter has been providing Novocastrians with an ever-growing festival on the Foreshore for the last 6 years now, providing a solid cross-section of rock, dance and hip hop. Despite coming across a few problems in the last year, it now looks as if FAB is indeed back and bigger than ever.
