Flume & Chet Faker Release ‘Drop The Game’ From New ‘Lockjaw’ EP

Sydney EDM king Flume and Melbourne crooner Chet Faker have just unleashed their new collaboration Drop The Game from their previously announced collaborative EP, now titled Lockjaw, and it comes with a slinky accompanying video.

Drop The Game is more of Flume on fire, a laidback, bouncy affair with Chet Faker’s smooth and soulful vocals layered expertly over the top. The clip features one mighty fine dancer interpreting the song with some liquid limbs in a back street at night, making the whole package a lush, languid 4-minute affair. Get on it.

This isn’t the first musical offering from the duo, with their track Left Alone appearing on Flume’s self-titled smash LP in 2012 and we think it’s pretty safe to say that these two go together like birds of a feather. If you like what you hear, we’ve got more good news – Lockjaw is out this Friday, 22nd November through Future Classic and available for pre-order through iTunes now.
