Hot on the heels of a completely sold-out debut national headline tour earlier this year, WA trio Fool Nelson have delivered fans a fresh dose of new music, in the form of ‘Bad Dreams’, a sun-drenched indie-rock anthem that muses on deep and meaningful subject matter.
“‘Bad Dreams’ is a song about the ebbs and flows of mental health and how anxiety can really cloud your perspective and stop you from seeing the good things in life,” the band explains in a press statement.

“It’s a reflection on times when everything seems like it’s gone to crap, but also a reminder to step back and appreciate the good things that help get you through those hard times,” they continue. “It’s got a sort of cathartic feeling and an optimism that we hope acts as a bit of a reminder that it’ll all be alright.”
It comes as Fool Nelson gear up for a big few months on the live front, opening up stages for Skegss and The Buoys across Australia this June and July on Skegss’ ‘TOP HEAVY’ national tour, as well as supporting Spacey Jane and Old Mervs at their respective headline dates in WA.
