French producer and soon to be Future Music Festival 2014 feature Gesaffelstein has released his latest offering, a full-on music video for his current single Hate Or Glory.
The clip combines the street mentality of GTA and a cautionary tale of success with a moral that would make Aesop proud.
What goes around comes around for the ill-fated protagonist of the music video, who turns his back on his mentor to experience life in the fast lane. Of course, it’s only a matter of time before his homies turn their backs on him, once he too goes mad with power. And so the shank or be shanked ethos of the hood continues.
Of course, beneath the stunning cinematics there is a song. Hate Or Glory will be featured on the Frenchman’s upcoming disc Aleph which will be released in Australia on Friday, 25th October. Following on from that, the man will be making his way Down Under as part of Future Music Festival 2014.
