The lineup for Bluesfest 2016 is getting so enormous it may break loose and devour us all.
Modest Mouse has been added to the absolutely godzilla-beast of a lineup in what the Bluesfest organisers have dubbed a “Very Merry Christmas Announcement”.
Other fresh additions include the likes of Ash Grunwald, Richard Clapton, Graham Nash, Kamasi Washington, Elle King, Blind Boy Paxton, Dustin Thomas, Wards Xpress and Raw Earth.
The ten new acts will join the juggernaught 2016 bill, which also features the likes of Kendrick Lamar, Tom Jones, The National, City + Colour, Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds plus a blues-load more.
See it all come together over the 2016 Easter long weekend at Byron Bay’s Tyagarah Tea Tree Farm.
