It looks very much like Charli XCX might be coming our way this February to headline Laneway Festival.
As triple j points out, billboards have been popping up about the country’s major cities that heavily visually reference the pop icon’s chart-busting single ‘brat’.
Laneway Festival teasing Charli XCX as its 2025 Headliner
“Brat Summer here we come,” one fan commented on the j’s Instagram post calling out Laneway’s apparent lineup tease, amid hundreds of other comments from fans getting hyped for some Charli XCX live action.
To boot, fans over on Reddit have pointed out that Charli recently posted a TikTok using a sound from ‘Kath & Kim’, which they’re also taking as a subtle clue.
We’re only a stone’s throw away from getting the Laneway 2025 lineup, with the first artist announcement due to land next on Wednesday, 9th October.
