Jacob Collier has announced his return to Australia for three east-coast shows in December 2025. The three shows will mark the virtuoso English multi-instrumentalist’s biggest ever shows locally, and will take place as part of his ongoing Djesse world tour. Joining the tour as support will be Nai Palm, best known as the frontwoman of Melbourne funk exports Hiatus Kaiyote. The singer-songwriter and guitarist previously toured solo back in January, where she opened for The Roots and Talib Kweli on their Australian shows. The announcement for the new dates for the Djesse world tour have taken place while Collier is currently in Australia, having performed exclusively at the Adelaide Cabaret Festival over the long weekend.

“I’m so excited to bring this iteration of the tour to Australia,” said Collier in a press statement announcing the expansion of his Djesse world tour. “The sound of the audience choirs I conducted during the shows in these cities back in 2022 deeply influenced the sound of Djesse Vol. 4, so to return and celebrate this record with you feels like a homecoming of sorts.”
Indeed, Collier last toured the country almost three years ago, belatedly touring in support of his fourth studio album, Djesse Vol. 3 from 2020. Since he was last in Australia, Collier has been nominated for six Grammy Awards and subsequently won two of them – both in the Best Arrangement category. At the 2024 ceremony, Collier was one of the performers enlisted to back Joni Mitchell to perform her song ‘Both Sides Now’.
