Rising Adelaide producer L.K. McKay has made the Aussie summer even more summery by dropping his debut track Tip Toe, along with a string of national tour dates for February and March.
McKay, who produced Tkay Maidza’s hit tracks U-Huh and M.O.B, has teamed up with Brooklyn’s Doe Paoro and former Sparkadia frontman Alexander Burnett for Tip Toe (below), a bouncy and feelgood track with that instantly recognisable Aussie dance vibe.
McKay, who is part of Tkay Maidza’s live setup, made his live solo debut at Splendour In The Grass in July 2015. With Tip Toe now out in the wild, he’s now preparing to kick off a solo DJ tour in Coolangatta on 26th February, before heading to Brisbane, Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney, Joondalup and Perth.
Now signed to Dew Process like his buddy Tkay, McKay is also working on a string of other singles for 2016, so it’s safe to say there’s a lot more where Tip Toe came from.
