Texan R&B star Leon Bridges is returning down under next year to spread some live love on his biggest Australian tour to date.
The GRAMMY-winner will be touching down in January 2025 for a five-date run, which includes three massive headline shows in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne and two appearances at A Day On The Green, hitting Bowral’s Centennial Vineyards and Geelong’s Mt Dundeed Estate.
Leon Bridges – ‘That’s What I Love’
Bridges’ live shows will offer up a career-spanning set plucked from his award-winning catalogue, as well as fresh tunes from his highly-anticipated new album Leon which, after six years in the making, will be released this Friday, 4th October.
Indian-Australian fusion phenomenon Glass Beams will be warming up the stage for the globally-renowned artist in Brisbane, Bowral and Mt Duneed, following up an appearance on the lineup of this summer’s Lost Paradise festival on the NSW Central Coast.
Meanwhile, Naarm pop singer-songwriter Maple Glider will be on opener duties at both A Day On The Green shows, while London-based pan-continental act Los Bitchos will be the main support act in Melbourne and Sydney.
No stranger to Australian shores, Leon Bridges’ 2025 tour marks his sixth visit to Australia since his 2016 debut, and a meteoric trajectory that has seen him go from playing intimate theatres to multiple sold-out Sydney Opera House Concert Halls on his last visit.
