Listen: Atoms For Peace New Single ‘Judge Jury and Executioner’

Atoms for Peace have released their latest single Judge Jury and Executioner from their upcoming debut album Amok, due out late February. As reported by Pitchfork, the new single was debuted on Zane Lowe’s BBC Radio 1 by Atom for Peace members Thom Yorke (Radiohead) and Nigel Godrich.

Whereas lead single Default had a more industrial, overt electronic quality, Judge Jury and Executioner is more subtle and precious. Still, both singles envelop the listener and ride the balance of depth and accessibility that should see plenty of Radiohead fans cross over to Atoms for Peace.

As noted by Pitchfork, Atoms for Peace told Lowe that certain members of the band may play Glastonbury, and then hopefully sometime after the festival assemble the full band for a European tour.

Atoms for Peace also counts Red Hot Chili Peppers bassist Flea as one of its members. Flea recently revealed that his own solo EP Helen Burns will be released on Tuesday, February 19.
