Lollapalooza 2013 Line-up Leaked

It has now been confirmed by The Chicago Tribune that a mysterious event poster for this year’s Lollapalooza festival is in fact legit. Of course this is great news for music fans in the US, but for us, it gives a solid indication of what we can expect at next year’s Big Day Out.

If the leaked poster is to be believed, then The Cure will be headlining the festivities, with Nine Inch Nails also appearing in big letters at the top, meaning Trent Reznor has come good on his word that the band will continue to kick ass. Mumford And Sons we’ve all seen about 4 hundred thousand times, but they are still cool. Of course The Killers won’t be at BDO, but Postal Service and Queens Of The Stone Age are very, very likely.

Even if the common denominator of C3 Promotions, who look after both Lolla and BDO, doesn’t produce uniform line-ups, this list gives us a good idea of who will be gearing up for an international tour.

According to Consequence Of Sound, the line-up has arrived a week earlier than expected. Lollapalooza takes place August 2nd – 4th in Chicago.
