A man who allegedly took a piss on a woman during a Spiderbait gig earlier this year has now felt the splash of justice’s hot yellow stream.
As The Age reports, the 25-year-old from New Gisborne has been charged with multiple offences — including unlawful assault, offensive behaviour and behaving in a disorderly manner in a public place — following the incident, which went down in February during the Melbourne leg of Spiderbait’s 25th Anniversary tour at 170 Russell.
Police say the alleged public enemy of Number Ones unzipped mid-set and drained the lizard all over the leg of a 33-year-old female punter.
“I looked up and saw this guy looking at me, doing up his fly and I realised he had urinated on me,” the victim said at the time. “I was in shock. He just smirked and shrugged his shoulders like it was no big deal.”
The man, whom Spiderbait have slammed as a “creep” for his allegedly “awful and disgusting behaviour”, is due to face the Melbourne Magistrates Court on April 18th, 2017.
We hear the prosecution might offer him a pee bargain.
