The guy who inspired the movie Rock Star is coming down under this February to rock some huge stages across the nation.
The former Judas Priest frontman and all-around heavy metal icon Tim “Ripper” Owens will kicking things off at Melbourne’s Corner Hotel, before heading to Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide and wrapping up at Amplifier Bar in Perth.

Ripper has fronted iconic acts including Judas Priest, Iced Earth, Yngwie Malmsteen, Dio’s Disciples, The Three Tremors, and most recently RIPPER – a collaborative project spearheaded by Hatebreed’s Jamey Jasta. Most recently, he powered KK’s PRIEST across the biggest stages in the world.
During his Australian shows, he’ll be joined by a backing band of Australia’s best metal maestros Joel & Jordan McDonald, Andrew Hudson and Voya Mulitinovic.
