Missy Higgins Announces 2018 ‘Solastalgia’ National Tour

Aussie singer-songwriter Missy Higgins has announced a national tour in support of her upcoming fifth album Solastalgia.

Missy will be launching her album with some huge shows in Brisbane, Toowoomba, Wollongong, Sydney, Canberra, Adelaide and Melbourne in May, after Solastalgia is released into the wild on Friday, 4th May. Supporting Missy at all shows will be Sydney artist Sophie Payten, AKA Gordi.

“I’m so excited to finally road-test my new tunes in all these beautiful venues across the country,” says Missy.

“This album is really different from anything I’ve done before, I think people will be really surprised, but I think the songs will fit nicely alongside my old material, too. There are a lot of female harmonies in the new material so I’m glad we’re gonna have four amazing women on stage belting them out!”

Aside from her upcoming headline tour, Missy is also scheduled to support Ed Sheeran on his Australian tour later this month.
