Nia Archives Announces 2025 Australian Tour

Nia Archives has announced her return to Australia, playing theatres across the country in January 2025. The tour will take place almost a full year after her last visit, having last appeared at this year’s Laneway Festival as one of the marquee dance acts on the line-up. The shows will also serve as some of the final dates of her Junglist Worldwide world tour, which also includes dates through the UK and mainland Europe. A full run of dates, as well as ticketing information, can be found below.

In addition to performing in Australia, Archives will also take in a one-off show in New Zealand while in the Australasia region. The producer, DJ and singer will head to Auckland at the conclusion of her Australian tour to perform at the city’s Town Hall on Sunday January 26th. Tickets for that show can be accessed via Auckland Live.

Archives will be touring Australia in support of her debut studio album, Silence is Loud. The album was released in April, although several tracks on the record – including ‘Forbidden Feelingz’ and ‘So Tell Me’ – date back as far as 2022. Singles included ‘Crowded Roomz’, ‘Unfinished Business’, ‘Cards on the Table’ and the title track. The album followed on from her 2023 EP Sunrise Bang Ur Head Against Tha Wall, which itself followed the 2022 Forbidden Feelingz EP.

Joining Archives for her Australian dates will be Auckland-based DJ Half Queen. Her sound is described as “the genre-bending sounds of global club”, as well as “connecting the dots between genres and islands worldwide”.

Away from her solo work, Archives has also been busy as a remixer. Her version of ‘leavemealone’, the collaborative single between Fred again.. and Baby Keem that was originally released in 2023, was featured on Fred’s USB compilation back in April.
