Noughties Qweens Mis-Teeq Tease Reunion

2016 and 2017 have see a growing trend of reunions of classic ’90s and ’00s artists, and now it seems that Mis-Teeq could very well be the next act to jump on the nostalgia bandwagon.

If you’re struggling to remember who they are, the British trio – consisting of Alesha Dixon, Sabrina Washington and Su-Elise Nash, they gave us hit singles ‘All I Want’ and ‘Scandalous’ between 2001 and 2003.

As NME reports, Dixon appeared on UK morning Lorraine to promote the fact that she’s working on new solo material, and during the interview she hinted that a Mis-Teeq reunion is definitely on the cards.

“I don’t know what we’re waiting for really, to be honest,” Dixon said. “We’re talking, we love each other – we’d love it to happen one day.

“It would be disastrous to not do something because the history we have together and the fact that, if it wasn’t for the girls, I wouldn’t be doing anything that I’m doing now. And I love them – so it’d be nice.”

Last week Alien Ant Farm, Wheatus and Hoobstank confirmed Aussie touring dates for later in 2017, while Australia has seen reunion shows by Nelly, TLC, Blu Cantrell, Fatman Scoop and more for RnB Fridays in 2016.  B*Witched, Atomic Kitten, S Club 7 and more also toured together earlier this year.

Let’s be honest, watching ‘Scandalous’ live would be absolutely huge, so remind yourself what a huge banger it was below.
