Ocean Grove Drop Fresh Banger ‘Glass Gloss’, Announce Shock Departure Of Two Members

Ocean Grove have returned with their first new music since their hugely frothed 2017 album, The Rhapsody Tapes — and some explosive news.

Two members of the Oddworld — singer Luke Holmes and guitarist Jimmy Hall — are exiting the band, with the heavy grooving Melbournians to continue as a four piece, following one final performance at UNIFY Gathering next month.

It’s unclear at this point what that’s going to look like from a live perspective, but we’re sure more will be revealed shortly, with the band to play their first shows with the downsized lineup on a massive national tour alongside Hands Like Houses in February.

In the meantime, the band have promised that they won’t be slowing down, and have proven it by unleashing a fresh nu metal-infused banger dubbed ‘Glass Gloss’.

Take it for a spin — and watch the ode from band repDonnie on the departure of Holmes and Hall — below.
