Big Scary Leads Panama Festival Third Lineup Announcement

There’s a stack of new festival kids on the block in 2014, but Tasmania’s Panama Festival is promising something a little special and very different, today adding Melbourne indie pop duo Big Scary to their already impressive lineup.

They’ll also be joined by Twerps, Ainslie Wills, Karl S. Williams, Spender, Tom Cooney and Timothy and Wilderness, who’ll be taking some mighty sweet tunes to a secluded valley in Tassie’s North-East. They join previously announced artists Charles Bradley, Husky, The Frowning Clouds, Saskwatch, Super Wild Horses, The Babe Rainbow, Holy Holy, Mckisco and Tiger Choir.

Panama takes place on March 8th and 9th and is strictly limited to 1,000 punters, promising no queues, bogans, brands and crowds, but instead cabaret, candlelit bars and local beers, with two days of camping on a small batch Cider mill, surrounded by the Panama Forrest.
