PREMIERE: JODY Show Even Parties Can Be Lonely In New ‘One Of Me’ Video

Written by Zanda Wilson on September 29, 2016

Sydney outfit JODY have today released their brand new single called One Of Me – the second track from their forthcoming EP What Is Wrong With You Today.

The release has come with a brand new music video as well – a fitting clip reflecting the loneliness conveyed in the lyrics of the track itself. JODY find themselves in a smokey room in the middle of a party, sitting on a couch alone – playing a private gig to the audience through the fourth wall of the camera.

The boys were particularly happy with how the video turned out as well. “It’s nice to see the finished clip as none of us have any memories of the making of the clip,” say the band.

If new music from the four-piece wasn’t exciting enough; JODY have also announced a national tour for December 2016. The five date tour will see them take their high-energy live show to a string of venues on Australia’s east coast, and will see the boys finally ply their wares on a solo tour after playing support to bands including Bluejuice, Palms, Last Dinosaurs, Alex Lahey and more in recent times.
