Prince Won’t Make New Music Until Piracy is Under Control

The Artist Formerly Known as “The Artist Formerly Known as Prince” has said that he will not make any new music until internet privacy is under control.

In an interview with The Guardian he said “The industry changed. We made money [online] before privacy was real crazy. Nobody’s making money now except phone companies, Apple, and Google. I’m supposed to go to the White House to talk about copyright protection. It’s like the gold rush out there. Or a carjacking. There’s no boundaries. I’ve been in meetings and they’ll tell you. ‘Prince, you don’t understand, it’s a dog-eat-dog out there.’ So, I’ll just hold off on recording.”

He went on saying how he is not into the digital music. “It affects a different place in your brain.” He continues “When you play it back, you can’t feel anything. We’re analog people, not digital.” Someone really needs to remind him that his music has been in the digital age for over 30 years…

Recently Prince sold his guitar for charity to Lewis Hamilton, he got a cool USD100,000 for it.
