Queens Of The Stone Age’s New Album Is Reportedly “Just Finished”

Queens Of The Stone Age have announced that they have “just finished” their forthcoming new album.

As NME reports, frequent QOTSA collaborator Mark Lanegan was talking with Dean Delray’s ‘Let There Be Talk‘ podcast. Delray asked Lanegan whether he sung on any of the record, and whether he had heard any of it. “I know they just finished, I’m dying to hear it,” says Delray.

Delray is a long time friend of Queens Of The Stone Age and has hosted several members of the band on his podcast in the past.

Recently we copped news that Dave Grohl could be working with the band on their forthcoming record.

With a new record in tow, it could be the perfect time for QOTSA to hit up Splendour In The Grass 2017, and there’s a decent chance of that happening given they’ve been announced on the lineup for Japan’s Fuji Rock festival which frequently shares its acts with Splendour.
