Remi Announces New Mixtape ‘Call It What You Want’ & New Tour Dates

Award-winning Melbourne MC Remi has today announced he will be following up his super successful debut album Raw X Infinity, with a brand new mixtape, Call It What You Want, and to celebrate its arrival he’s heading out on tour.

The seven-track release will serve as the sequel to Remi’s 2013 mixtape F.Y.G. ACT:1, which featured his breakout hit Sangria. It will features long-time collaborator Sensible J sampling some of Remi’s all-time favourite tracks, along with his signature rhythmic flow.

We’ll hear the mixtape’s first track Call It What You Want next Wednesday May 6th and the full thing is expected to drop soon after.

Remi will then be performing a handful of Australian club shows this June, heading to Brisbane, Melbourne and Adelaide as well as his Come Together festival appearance in Sydney. He’ll be joined by Koolism’s Hau who will be supporting his new single Kill.I.Am.

Raw X Infinity snapped up a swag of end-of-year accolades, including the coveted $30,000 Coopers AMP.

These dates will be the last chance for fans to catch Remi’s dynamic live show on home turf before he heads to Europe and the UK for a string of festival appearances and headline club shows.
