Slowly Slowly Announce 2019 National Tour

It’s already been a pretty big year for Melbourne act Slowly Slowly, and they’re showing no signs of slowing down as they’ve just announced a nationwide tour.

The tour is in support of their new track ‘Jellyfish’, which marks the first new music from the band since their 2018 album St. Leonards.

This will be the band’s first headline tour of the year, following mammoth support slots for Red Hot Chili Peppers and Amy Shark.

“We are so pumped on this tour,” said frontman Ben Stewart in a statement.

“We have been in some exciting, but scary situations lately with the RHCP supports, Like A Version and the arena tour with Amy Shark – we can’t wait to blow off some steam with some headline shows. Melbourne winter sucks, we are coming in hot for a visit to try some new material out.”

The tour will hit most capital cities around the country throughout July and August, and is all kicking off with their sure-to-be mammoth set at this year’s Splendour In The Grass.
