Small World Festival Adds Big White, More Delicious Bevs & Goodies To Lineup

That distant rumbling sound you hear reverberating around Sydney right now is the collective purring of our stomachs in anticipation of the deliciousness on offer at this weekend’s Small World Festival, set to bring bands, booze and tasty, tasty treats to Sydney Park in Alexandria on Saturday.

The Young Henry’s helmed music and grub outing was already bulging at the seams with the likes of Aussie rock royalty The Church, face-melting duo DZ Deathrays, sonic innovators PVT and Sydney supergroup Jack Ladder & The Dreamlanders joining the “PUT IT IN ME” evoking food lineup of Bloodwood, Mary’s, Porteño, Cornersmith and Black Betty BBQ, but now another act and even MORE things to throw in your face have been announced.

Local guitar-pop outfit on the rise Big White have been announced as the Visions Local Artist Showcase who will open the day, set to bring their woozy brand of psych-tinged rock, fresh from some stellar shows at last week’s BIGSOUND, to kick things off in fine fashion.

Also just confirmed is the presence of your mates and ours Jameson Irish Whiskey who will be running an onsite Jameson Bar and launching a new product called Caskmates, which is a triple distilled whiskey that has been aged in craft beer barrels. Sign us the fuck up!
