Small World Festival Announces 2015 Lineup

Sydney’s Small World Festival has announced an impressive homegrown lineup for 2015, featuring the likes of Aussie rock royalty The Church, face-melting duo DZ Deathrays, sonic innovators PVT and Sydney supergroup Jack Ladder & The Dreamlanders.

Also named on this year’s Small World lineup are Sydney boys Palms, indie-folk four piece All Our Exes Live In Texas, and the SPOD-fronted Bon Scott-era AC/DC cover band Bon Voyage.

A surprise local act will be added to the lineup in late August, after the local curators at VISIONS decide on who they want punters to experience at Small World. View the festival’s first lineup announcement in full, below.

This year, Small World Festival also has a new home in Sydney’s inner west. The natural amphitheatre at Alexandria’s Sydney Park will play host, with its rolling hills offering a fresh new setting for the shindig.

Aside from the music, this year’s Small World Festival will once again feature refreshments from the team at Young Henrys Brewery and a selection of local grub — we’re talking Mary’s, Bloodwood, Porteño, Black Betty BBQ and Cornersmith.

The festival will take place on Saturday, 19th September. View the full lineup alongside ticket details, below.

UPDATE 02/09/15: Small World Festival has expanded its 2015 lineup with a set of special guest DJs. The event has also unveiled its full set times and food menu. Catch updated festival details, below.
